Barbara Schaffner was an honors student at West Texas State University, majoring in fine art and art education. Her western scenes and wildlife paintings have hung in galleries in six western states and Canada. Success has come through numerous shows and top awards and honors including Wyoming Ducks Unlimited Artist of the Year 2008. Barbara can be found at her studio called "Wyoming Trails Gallery" located at 1004 16th St., Wheatland, WY. The Dane G. Hansen Memorial Museum takes great pride in again bringing Ms. Schaffner to Logan. This dynamic four-day workshop will guide advanced and beginning artists in the completion of two paintings. Students will be encouraged to stretch and challenge themselves as they strive for individuality. Time will be set aside for critique.
