Exhibitor Application

Eligibility & Guidelines

• Open to all quilt artists, regardless of experience level.
• Quilts/Table Runners/Wall Hangings must be Christmas or Winter themed
• Quilts/Table Runners/Wall Hangings must be the original work of the submitting quilter. Machine quilting is permitted, and if a professional machine quilter was used, credit should be given where applicable.
• Each participant may submit up to three entries for consideration
• All entries must be clean, free of pet hair, smoke, and odor.
• There is no entry fee

Quilt/Table Runner/Wall Hanging specifications

• Entry must consist of at least 2 layers and held together by some form of stitching, whether by hand or by machine.
• There are no minimum width and height requirements.
• Cloth identification label sewn securely to lower right corner of quilt back, including the quilt title (if applicable) and name
  of entrant.
• A 3-inch hanging sleeve must be securely attached to the upper back of the quilt.
  • The sleeve must be sewn ½-inch down from the top edge of the quilt along the full width, minus ½-inch on each side for hanging space.

SUBMISSION PROCESS

• Deadline for submission is November 7, 2025.

• Upload 3 high-quality images of your quilt(s)/table runner(s)/wall hanging(s)—front, back, and a close-up of stitching details.
  • Please note that better quality images have a greater chance of being accepted.
  • Please upload photos in the following formats: JGP, JPEG, or TIFF.
